New Mum At Home 1-2-1 Training - D18 & surrounds

Did you recently have a baby? Or have you children at home which restrict you from getting out for a workout? Let me come to you to take away that obstacle (don't worry if the kids are home and getting involved!).


If you're looking for a plan that will tailor to the specific nees and changes a woman's body goes through after having children then this is the one.


There are certain exercises that aren't good for post partum women, and there are other changes some women may feel self conscious or unsure about, this plan takes those needs into consideration. It's also a challenging time for anyone, so the extra support can really help you to start feeling like yourself again.


This 10 week plan will help you to feel stronger, healthier and more energised without having to leave your house to do it.


You don't need any equipment or much space (or a tidy house!), if you do have equipment at home we can utilise it in your workouts.

10 Week New Mum Plan


During this 10 weeks we will work together using your customised program that I will have specifically tailored to your needs and goals. I will be there to provide you the necessary guidance and support to succeed.


1 session per week €450 -10% discount

2 sessions per week €765 - 15% discount

3 sessions per week €960 - 20% discount
